Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Tour Reels, a social media automation platform for tour and activity businesses, operated by Moonshine Media Group LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using Tour Reels, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Tour Reels is a subscription software platform that helps tour and activity operators automate their social media content. The service includes:

• An AI agent ("Reel") that receives photos captured or uploaded by your staff through the Reel Social AI mobile app
• AI-generated caption and hashtag suggestions
• An approval queue for reviewing, editing, and scheduling posts
• Automated publishing to connected Instagram and Facebook accounts
• Integration with Peek Pro to sync schedules and trigger shot briefs
• Team management, contest/leaderboard, and analytics tools

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate business information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your login credentials or allow multiple businesses to use a single account.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into contracts on behalf of your business to use Tour Reels.

3. Subscription and Payment

Tour Reels operates on a subscription basis and is offered in team and solo plans. Team plans are billed through our payment processor (Stripe). Solo plans may be purchased through the Reel Social AI mobile app as an in-app subscription (see below). By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.

• Subscriptions auto-renew each period unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period
• We do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers

In-app purchases (Apple App Store / Google Play). Solo plans purchased through the Reel Social AI mobile app are billed as auto-renewable in-app subscriptions through your Apple ID or Google account, not by us directly. For those subscriptions:

• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
• The subscription auto-renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price then disclosed
• You manage and cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings; deleting the app does not cancel it
• Where required, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to your use of the iOS app

4. Your Content, License, and Data Rights

You retain ownership of all photos, business content, and data you provide to Tour Reels ("Customer Content"). To operate the service, you grant Moonshine Media Group LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, reproduce, adapt, and publish your Customer Content on your behalf as directed by your account settings and approvals.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, and consents necessary to provide Customer Content to us and to grant this license — including any consents required from identifiable guests, staff, or other individuals appearing in your photos.

Service improvement and de-identified data. We use Customer Content, usage information, and the engagement and performance outcomes of published posts (for example, likes, saves, shares, and reach) to operate, maintain, analyze, secure, and improve the service — including developing and improving our features, algorithms, and machine-learning models. We may also create aggregated and de-identified data derived from this information. Aggregated and de-identified data does not identify you, your business, or any individual, and we may retain and use it indefinitely for any lawful purpose, including product development, analytics, benchmarking, and training and improving our models — both during and after your subscription.

What we do not do. We do not sell your personal data. We do not disclose your Customer Content to other customers in identifiable form. Photos and text sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate captions and analysis are processed only to deliver the service and, under Anthropic's commercial API terms, are not used by Anthropic to train its models.

You are solely responsible for:

• Obtaining proper consent from guests and staff before their photos are used in social media posts
• Ensuring all published content complies with applicable laws, including privacy, publicity, and copyright laws
• Reviewing and approving AI-generated captions before they are published
• The accuracy of your business information, tour descriptions, and booking data
• Compliance with Meta's (Instagram/Facebook) Terms of Service and Community Standards

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Tour Reels to:

• Publish content that violates any law or third-party rights
• Post content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or deceptive
• Publish photos of identifiable minors without documented parental consent
• Spam, harass, or send unsolicited messages to staff or guests
• Attempt to circumvent platform security or rate limits
• Use the service for any purpose other than legitimate social media marketing for your tour or activity business

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

No tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Tour Reels does not tolerate content that is illegal, obscene, hateful, harassing, or otherwise objectionable, or abusive behavior toward others. If you encounter objectionable content generated or displayed within the service, or abusive behavior by another user, report it to info@moonshinemediagroup.com. We review reports and act on them — including removing content and suspending or ejecting the responsible user — typically within 24 hours.

6. Social Platform Compliance (Meta / Instagram / Facebook)

Tour Reels publishes content to Instagram and Facebook via Meta's Graph API and Instagram Business Login, and acts as a tool on your behalf. You understand and agree that:

• Your connected Instagram account must be a Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page.
• You are the publisher of any content posted through Tour Reels; Tour Reels executes publishing on your explicit instruction after you approve content in the Queue.
• You are solely responsible for the lawfulness and appropriateness of all content you approve for publishing, including compliance with Meta's Community Standards, Instagram Community Guidelines, and Meta's Commerce Policies where applicable.
• You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and consents (including from identifiable guests and staff) to publish the photos and text you approve for publication.
• Tour Reels operates under and complies with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Your use of Instagram and Facebook features through Tour Reels is additionally governed by Meta's Instagram Terms of Use and Facebook Terms of Service.
• Meta may modify, suspend, or discontinue API access at its discretion, which may affect Tour Reels functionality. Tour Reels is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.
• You may disconnect your Instagram or Facebook accounts from Tour Reels at any time from Settings → Platforms, which revokes our access and deletes associated tokens.

7. AI-Generated Content

Captions and content suggestions are generated by AI and may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing. Tour Reels does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of AI outputs. We recommend always reviewing captions in your approval queue before approving posts. If an AI-generated caption or suggestion is objectionable, you can decline it in the approval queue and report it to us at info@moonshinemediagroup.com.

8. Integrations and Third-Party Services

Tour Reels integrates with third-party platforms including Instagram and Facebook (Meta), Peek Pro, Anthropic, Firebase, Stripe, RevenueCat, and the Apple App Store and Google Play. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or terms of third-party services. Disruptions to third-party APIs may affect Tour Reels functionality. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain integrations but cannot guarantee uninterrupted third-party connectivity.

9. Intellectual Property

The Tour Reels platform, software, design, and branding are owned by Moonshine Media Group LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without written permission.

AI-generated captions produced by Tour Reels on your behalf are provided to you for your use. We make no copyright claims over AI-generated content produced from your inputs.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Tour Reels is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that posts will publish successfully at all times (social platform outages, API limits, and account issues are outside our control).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moonshine Media Group LLC's total liability for any claims arising out of or related to Tour Reels shall not exceed the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Moonshine Media Group LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of Tour Reels, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of the platform, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from your account settings or by contacting us; see our Data Deletion Instructions and the Privacy Policy for what is deleted and the timeframe. Upon termination, we will retain your data for 30 days to allow for account recovery, after which it may be permanently deleted. Aggregated and de-identified data (which does not identify you or any individual, per Section 4) may be retained after deletion.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Tour Reels after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.

15. Account Verification Messages

Staff sign in to the Reel Social AI mobile app using their phone number. When they sign in, a one-time verification code is sent to that number by SMS through our authentication provider (Google Firebase). This is a transactional message required to log in — there is no marketing SMS program, and standard carrier message and data rates may apply. See our Privacy Policy for how sign-in data is handled.
